Sarah West

Senior Associate

“It is through our people that the experience of work and ultimately organisations are transformed. High performance is not a singular thing, and I partner with leaders, teams and individuals to reimagine what success can look and feel like for people and organisations.”

Sarah is a transformational leader, facilitator and coach with a passion for shaping organisations from the inside out. At Performance Frontiers, Sarah brings to our clients her depth of leadership experience, her love of systems thinking, and her belief that transformation begins with meaningful human connection.

Her career spans two decades across CEO, General Manager and Strategy Director roles, where she has worked at the intersection of organisational transformation, leadership, operations, brand and safety. She’s known for her ability to turn complexity into clarity — and for creating the conditions where people and performance can thrive.

Grounded in real-world leadership experience and trained in human-centred design, Sarah brings a unique blend of strategic acuity, commercial insight and behavioural science to her work. From guiding major restructures in retail and health food to designing award-nominated leadership programs and shaping safety cultures in high-risk sectors, her approach is always radically human- and results-oriented.

As a certified executive coach with the International Coaching Federation and a member of the Swinburne Edge Board of Executive Coaches, Sarah partners with leaders to navigate pressure, uncertainty and change with curiosity and courage. Whether she’s coaching a founder, facilitating a C-suite strategy session, or walking a mine site to understand work as done, she meets people where they are — and helps them move toward where they want to be.

When she’s not working, Sarah believes in a holistic approach to how we live: finding that balance between our passions and our wellbeing, by getting outdoors, staying active and of course spending time with her dog.
