Phil is PF’s marketing lead, working across the business to bring our story to life and connect us with likeminded, passionate leaders. Phil’s approach to his work is highly collaborative – drawing on a coalition of stakeholders, internally and externally, to deliver a message that resonates. He is passionate about regenerative futures and forging the pathway towards this way of thinking becoming business as usual.

Phil has extensive experience steering the marketing function in a broad range of organisations including in the education, financial services, health and wellbeing sectors. He has previously led multidisciplinary teams to deliver world-class marketing strategies, drawing on cutting edge insights in digital and AI-driven marketing. Having recently completed his MBA, Phil is abreast of the latest developments in marketing, sales and consumer behaviours with a particular interest in human-centred design and regenerative business practices.

In his personal life, Phil is a proponent of the transformational capacity of travel and cultural exchange and loves to explore the world when he can.
