Naomi knows that the key to leading effective change processes is alignment. Bringing a highly strategic and practical approach to leadership consulting, Naomi infuses her thinking with creativity and cutting-edge leadership approaches, to simultaneously uplift people, places, and organisations.

Not only one of Performance Frontier’s leading transformation experts, Naomi is also a skilled Executive Coach, walking alongside leaders as they tackle the increasingly complex problems that form part of today’s leadership landscape. She does this work with her trademark authenticity and level-headedness, bringing a grounded and possibility-infused mindset to helping her clients thrive in whatever their context is asking of them.

Coming to Performance Frontiers with over 20 years of experience in consulting and coaching leaders at the highest level of the ASX Top 20 C-suite, she has built her practice in tandem with an executive career at the Suncorp Group. Naomi was recognised as playing a key role in the transformation of Suncorp Bank and then garnering a number of accolades, including Money Magazine’s Bank and Business Bank of the Year. 

Outside work, Naomi is passionate about supporting our communities, volunteering as a Board Sub-Committee Member with Netball Queensland and the Queensland Firebirds as well as a Steering Committee Member for Bindi Bindi Place, a game-changing trauma-informed, shared care facility to break cycles of intergenerational abuse. When she has a few moments to herself, Naomi is focused on holistic health and wellness and loves spending time outdoors along Queensland’s beautiful coastline – finding some calm in our often-frenetic world.
