Jonas Ogonowski

Jonas is an accomplished learning designer, facilitator, and coach driven by a passion for connection and for empowering leadership and people capabilities across organisations and our communities. A self-described leadership geek, he is constantly immersing himself in the latest in leadership and organisational studies, translating research and theory into highly practical tools for PF’s clients.

Jonas believes first and foremost in being purpose and values-led. For him, this means creating more conscious businesses. For the leaders he works with, this means walking alongside them to find what excites them about their work and helping them to maximise their impact for a more buoyant future. He loves being in the room with individuals and groups, working towards the powerful ‘aha’ moments that irrevocably change our paradigms for the better.

Jonas has worked in a range of learning and development roles across the health services, education, community, and NGO spaces. He has extensive experience in both online and offline learning, as well as higher-level qualifications in counseling and coaching.

Outside work, Jonas enjoys the simple pleasure of preparing and sharing a meal with friends or pursuing his many interests – forever excited about learning something new.
