Joce is the person you call when the ideas are good, but the words need a little zing!
Founder of Jockey Creative and a self-confessed notebook-full-of-puns type, Joce has spent 8+ years helping businesses find their voice, tell their story, and connect with people — across brand campaigns, leadership communications, learning design, and everything in between. She has a stubborn belief that business writing doesn’t have to be boring, and a track record to prove it.
At Performance Frontiers, Joce works at the intersection of brand and consulting. She shapes how PF’s ideas, offerings, and people show up in the world. She is equally at home writing a punchy ad and building out a full campaign ecosystem around a single sharp idea.
Joce’s background spans creative writing, journalism, visual art, and learning and development — a combination that gives her an unusually wide lens on how people receive, process, and act on information. More recently her practice has expanded into the facilitation of creative workshops and community events, which she approaches with the same love of story — and, reportedly, an alarming quantity of Post-it notes.
Joce works from wherever the wind blows her — currently, she’s bush bashing up and down the East Coast in her trusty van, The Spruce Bruce. Curious? She’ll chomp your ear off with stories from the road.
