Jane is a Principal at Performance Frontiers and a leading Australian People & Culture practitioner and transformation expert. With specialist leadership skills and an interest in contemporary ways of working, Jane is both highly curious and adept at positively disrupting our traditional notions of ‘human resources’ and ‘change management’ – provoking industry peers, and our clients to rise to the challenge and possibility of truly human centered design in the evolution of our organisations. 

With over 25 years’ experience in people and culture, organisational transformation, and leadership development, Jane has worked across all facets of human resources, including strategy, workforce transformation, performance enablement, and organisational design. Her deep expertise in culture evolution and complex systems change has helped businesses drive extraordinary outcomes.  

Jane’s clients find her approach to be distinguished by her unique blend of commercial acumen, emotional intelligence, and care. She is passionate about partnering with leaders to build business agility and resilience, and highly engaging employee experiences. She is known for her niche in translating concepts into tangible skills for leaders, who are inspired to create cultures where people thrive.  

Her work has largely been in the private sphere with an extensive career in the Financial Services sector. Jane started her career as an Occupational Therapist and continues to align with the principle of unlocking holistic ability through integration of cognitive, psychosocial, physical, & emotional elements.  

When Jane isn’t in the thick of organisational evolution, she’s sharing time with her awesome grown-up kids and bringing friends together in moments of happy connection.  She enjoys finding time for mindful creative relaxation like theatre-going, tea blending, and yoga.
