As Office Administrator, Dylan plays a crucial role in the operations of the team. He sits at the heart of the PF network, ensuring resources reach their required destination, our facilitators are equipped with what they need, and our clients have an optimised learning experience.
Dylan is passionate about empowering others to achieve their goals. From his previous experience as a support worker in the disability sector through to many years as a surf lifesaver, there has been a consistent thread for him of providing the support structure that allows others to flourish. He is also passionate about working towards more regenerative futures in business and broader society.
Dylan comes from a rich and varied background as a former competitive swimmer and having completed paramedics training. He is currently working towards a further degree in finance and economics.
When Dylan has some time off, he takes the opportunity – where he can – to spend time in his hometown Yamba and reconnect with the glorious coastline of his childhood.
