In 2018 we published our first article on Horizontal Leadership: a call to action for team members, regardless of formal position, to lead across teams, beyond boundaries, and activate thriving, agile whole systems.

Since publishing, we’re humbled to see many take carriage of Horizontal Leadership in their own organisations. Our theory is now underpinning the transformation of some of Australia’s most well known brands.

Now, in 2019, we are sharing our Horizontal Leadership research anew. The model has evolved from our observations of leadership in practice – but the sentiment remains the same: What we achieve alone cannot compare to what we can achieve together.
