It’s all in the “ands”.  Contemporary leadership can often feel as if you have to be all things to all people: the expert who has all the answers, the emotionally available care provider who can nurse the team through personal and professional crises, the high level strategist who can charge through all matter of managerial entanglements: expert and friend and enabler and strategist…and…and…and…
