“I am passionate about being able to make a positive impact through creative collaborations and, as humans, this means really connecting as a community.”
Bethany Hadfield, Program and Office Administrator
Bethany Hadfield is Performance Frontiers’ invaluable Program and Office Administrator. Bringing a wealth of experience across human resources, general administration and projects, Bethany stewards several core functions of the organisation with her trademark human-centeredness and deep sense of collective potential.
Bethany has worked in the project administration space across a range of industries including construction, not-for-profits and architecture. Building on her strong capacity for coordination and execution, she has moved more recently into human resources and operations roles. Here she delivers outcomes which are highly collaborative and simultaneously drive engagement and performance. She has largely been called to organisations that see creativity as foundational to their work.
In a word, Bethany believes in the importance of awareness. Whether that’s in the boardroom or at home with loved ones, she feels that through community-building we can realise the power we have together to effect positive change. This is borne out in Bethany’s professional work as a connector and facilitator. Beyond the office (virtual or otherwise), Bethany loves nurturing her other communities through volunteering at music events and working with people one-on-one and in group ceremony to understand themselves better and enable transformation. She is also passionate about getting outside and cultivating her relationship to natural spaces.
